Jason Alexandra has four decades of experience in revegetation and agroforestry, with practical and policy experience through consultation engaging individual landholders, companies and governments for more actively managed farm based forestry. Alexandra has operated a major tree nursery, a salvage sawmill, afforestation contracting and consulting services, also actively managing a private native forest and farm planted woodlots.

We offer property planning and advisory services to large and small landholders. Advice on revegetation, agroforestry, gardening and horticulture is provided.
Sustainable Farm Forestry
Oak logs thinned at Hazeldean Fram are used for shitake mushroom production and fire wood. The maturing woodlots are generating value as they mature and will soon be used for sawn timber production.
Integrated Ecological Agriculture
Hazeldean Forest Farm is a unique example of integrated, ecological agriculture. Careful use of windbreaks, revegetation and agroforestry have transformed the formerly bare paddocks. Intensive organic horticulture produces a wide range of fruits for the Melbourne Market.
